Libby Claimants & 8 Parties Appeal from Jan. 31 Order

FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- A group of Libby claimants and eight other parties-in-interest appealed from Judge Fitzgerald's January 31, 2011 order confirming W.R. Grace & Co., et al.'s plan of reorganization.
