Publishers & Landlords Named to Borders' Creditors Committee

FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- The U.S. Trustee for Region 2 has appointed a seven-member panel to serve as the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of Borders Group, Inc. and its affiliates.  Publishers Penguin Group, HarperCollins, Random House, Perseus Books as well as Sony Music and landlords GGP Limited Partnership and Simon Property Group were identified to comprise the committee.  Lowenstein Sandler has been retained to present the panel.
